During World War II, the Naval Battle of the Pacific moved from the Hawaiian Islands, to the Coral Sea and Midway Island, through the Marianas, to a finish in the waters of the Philippines. The Japanese fleet paid a steep price and found itself sent by the bottom by the American naval air force. Almost 70 years later, these wrecks are the delight of divers. Fascinating shipwrecks with machinery, boilers, sometimes even part of the cargo abandoned by the Japanese still visible.
Come and discover the relics of this battle, in the tropical waters of the bay of Coron and more generally around the island of Busuanga.
